• Upper School Choir Participates in Martin Luther King Service

    The Porter-Gaud Upper School Choir, under the direction of Mr. Nick LaCasse, participated in a prayer service for unity at the Nativity Church on James Island Monday evening. The service is held each year by the church to honor the life of Dr. Martin Luther King. Three other choirs joined the Upper School Choir to provide music for the service. Dr. Jack Bass, author and professor at the Citadel presented the message.

    Santa's Stage a Magical Success

    Santa’s Stage was a magical success providing the LS and MS students the opportunity to purchase special gifts for their family, teachers and friends. The elves worked very hard to purchase high quality gifts and to wrap each gift to enhance the shopping and giving experience. This year we had special visits from Santa and the Grinch.

    Santa's Stage on December 2nd – 4th!

    Santa’s Stage is a service provided by the Parents Guild that creates a magical experience for children in grades 1-5 to shop and buy gifts for their friends and family. The teachers will escort the children through Santa’s Stage during their school day. This year, we have created a special day for the middle school to shop on Friday, December 4th.

    News from the North Pole

    It may seem a little early, but our Santa’s Stage elves have been working on some exciting toys and gifts for your children. It takes a lot of work to create a magical place for your kids to do their holiday shopping and our experienced elves have collected higher quality gifts and toys for our Santa’s Stage shop.

    Make sure that you have December 2nd and 3rd marked off on your calendars for some shopping fun for Lower School and December 4th for Middle School.
