testing and enrollment fees:
New Students (Grades K12)
A check in the amount of $75 (Testing Fee) made payable to Porter-Gaud School must accompany the
Application for Admission. Upon acceptance, a check in the amount of $750 (Enrollment Fee) must be
sent to the Business Office by the date set forth in the acceptance letter.This is a non-refundable fee that
will be applied to tuition as applicable.
Returning Students (Grades 112)
A $750 Enrollment Fee is required with each enrollment and is due in the Business Office by February
9. This is a non-refundable fee that will be applied to tuition as applicable. Enrollments received after
February 9 will be assessed a $300 late fee.

Parents are encouraged to take the Tuition Guarantee, which provides assistance in meeting their financial
obligations to the school should a student not complete the school year. New students, students
on academic or disciplinary probation, and those on the 10-month payment plan must be
covered by the Tuition Guarantee. Tuition Guarantee is an optional fee for all other
accounts and may be deducted from your charges. The Tuition Guarantee will be billed in
June and is due July 1. The Tuition Guarantee policy will be included with this billing.
Financial Aid Applications
Porter-Gaud’s financial aid program is need-based and will be made available to applicants of any race,color,
gender,national or ethnic origin.To apply for financial assistance,please request a Financial Aid Packet from the
Business Office. Our Director of Financial Aid,located in the Business Office,will be glad to assist you.
Prompt completion of the financial aid application and submission of all supporting documentation prior to
February 15,2007 is essential to the award process.Applications are processed on a first-come,first-served basis and notification of awards will be sent out beginning in mid March.All information is strictly confidential, limited to the review of the Financial Aid Committee.

ten-month payment plan
The ten-month payment plan begins in May 2007 and continues through February 2008. Tuition Guarantee is
required of parents using this plan and is due July 1. Payments are due the 15th of each month.Payments
include Tuition and Lunch Fee and will be as follows:
