DIPA RSVP - October 19

The Diversity and Inclusion Parent Alliance presents “Beyond Diversity: Why a Culture of Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Prepare our Learners for the Challenges of the 21st Century.”

Engage and learn with Dr. Yerko Sepúlveda, Porter-Gaud's new Director of Community Engagement and Belonging, as he introduces the CEB office at Porter-Gaud. During the event, we will:

  1. Explore the latest trends in equity work in education,
  2. Learn about the action steps the CEB office is taking to ensure we continue creating an inclusive and equitable community where everyone at our school develops a sense of belonging, and
  3. Discuss how parents and caregivers can be partners in our efforts.

The event will take place on October 19 from 6-7:30 p.m. in Washington Hall. A light supper from Bon Banh Mi will be served. Please RSVP by October 14.

Childcare will be available onsite during the event for Porter-Gaud students and their siblings ages 3-10. Please indicate you will be using childcare when you RSVP. Pizza will be served to the children.
