Mandatory Team Meeting
May 3 –  3:30pm
We will discuss spring practice expectations, hand out equipment, lockers, and numbers at this time.

Mom's Clinic
May 4 – 6pm

Join us for a fun night learning the fundamentals of football, and learning some of our program fundamentals.

Spring Practice Dates/Expectations
Beginning May 10

Our expectation is that you attend spring practices as you would any in-season sport.

Please plan on being at the 9 practices during the Spring.
This is our opportunity to install and evaluate the talent at different positions.

Spring/Summer Workouts

Beginning on June 7
Mon-Thurs. (6pm Week 1, every week after we will begin at 8:30am. Be early.)

May 10 – 14 from 4:15–6:15pm

May 17 – 21 from 4:15–6:15pm

We understand that some schools are on different schedules, so please let the coaches know if you are unable to make the 4:15 start time. You are welcome to arrive as early as 3:30. We understand May is a busy month at most schools, so please let the coaches know if there are any conflicts asap.

June – July
Each JV and Varsity player will complete 12 workouts in the Porter-Gaud weight room. If you cannot make the required 12 workouts, you will have to make up your workouts and do some extra conditioning at the start of the season. You will not be eligible to play until all workouts are completed.

July 12 – 16
Porter-Gaud Camp | 9:00-3:00 & 9:00–12:00 on Friday
The camp is not mandatory to attend, but highly encouraged!

First day of practice begins Thursday, July 29
We will practice or play every weekday starting Thursday, July 29.  We will be practicing on Saturdays before school starts. JV will have 3 Saturday commitments during the season. Varsity will have 7 Saturday commitments during the season. JV season runs through mid-October. Varsity season runs through the end of October. If a player misses a practice or a match, she will have a workout and sit the next match.

More info and full fall schedule will be provided during May try-outs. However, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!
