Scheduling Lower School Conferences

Dear Lower School Families,

As we begin the second quarter of the school year, we are also preparing for our Parent/Guardian-Teacher Conferences. Lower School parents and guardians across all grade levels will have the opportunity to meet with their child’s homeroom teacher.

Conferences for Grades 1-3

We encourage all parents/guardians to schedule a 20-minute meeting with homeroom teachers for Wednesday, October 28. Please note that students will not attend classes on this day.
On Conference Day, please park in the Lower School parking lot and proceed directly to your child's homeroom.

Conferences for Grade 4

We encourage each family to schedule one 20-minute conference with your child’s team of teachers (Kozyrski/Renton or Reese/van Wingen).
Parents may schedule a conference for Wednesday, October 28, or Thursday, October 29. Please note that students will not attend classes on October 28, but classes will be in session on October 29.
For conferences on Wednesday, October 28, please enter through the Lower School gate and proceed directly to the fourth-grade hallway.
For conferences on Thursday, October 29, please check in at the Lower School Office, and we will direct you to your conference location.

How to Sign Up

The conference sign-up system will be hosted on MyPG and will go live on Wednesday, October 21, at 10 a.m.

If you need to cancel a scheduled conference, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule or have any questions regarding conferences, please reach out directly to your child’s homeroom teacher
