All classes other than pass/fail are required to have something during their block. Any student who is absent will be required to complete the missed work or complete a makeup assignment during the makeup exam slot.
Any students who have a valid reason to miss an exam block need to email Mr. Hilpert as soon as possible to schedule their makeup time.

Students may not be let out of an exam block early and must remain in their classroom or under the supervision of their teacher for the duration of the exam block.

11th, 10th, and 9th-grade students are not to leave campus in between exams unless they are free the next block. Seniors with senior privileges may check out for lunch during exam week.

Lunch will begin at noon. Students may not go to the dining hall before noon.

Students can leave and go home at the completion of the morning block if they have a free period or study hall for the afternoon block.

If students have a free period or study hall during the first block of the day, they may arrive in time for the afternoon block.

Students needing extended time accommodations should arrive early before the start of the first block (8:30 a.m.) or stay late after the second block (4:00 p.m.).

The Library will have quiet hours all week for focused study.

Dress Down Day Monday

Due to the forecast for extremely cold temperatures tomorrow, we will have a dress down day on Monday, December 15, for all divisions. Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to dress warmly.

Please keep the following guidelines in mind:

Winter hats may be worn outside; no hats are allowed indoors.
No open-toed shoes, Crocs, or slides.
If your child has PE, please wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothing.
No pajamas or anything resembling pajama pants (traditional sweatpants are acceptable).
No onesies.

Student volunteers are needed for the WINGS Christmas Party this Thursday from 4:00–6:00 p.m. Students who have not volunteered with WINGS before are welcome, and volunteers may stay for all or part of the event as their schedules allow.

College Counseling Updates

Juniors: If you haven’t had your second meeting with your counselor yet, we are here all week and available to meet! Also, please remember to complete your Scoir survey! This survey is super helpful for us as we write letters of recommendation and work with you throughout the process. Once your second meeting is complete, you can schedule your family meeting.
