Upper School Scheduling for the 2026-27 School Year

Dear Families of Rising 10th, 11th, and 12th Grade Students, 

Welcome to the course scheduling season for rising 10th, 11th, and 12th graders! Our goal during this time is to ensure that the selection process is transparent, consistent, and supportive for your family.

Earlier this week, course recommendations became viewable to parents, students, and advisors in MyPG. You may have also recently received an email containing a copy of your student's course interests. Please note that this document is for planning purposes only. 

On Conference Day, you will have the opportunity to sit down for an informed conversation with your student and their advisor. During this meeting, you will review your student's Graduation Worksheet alongside their recommended courses, and the advisor will officially enter the final course selections into MyPG.

To help you prepare, please mark your calendars with the following important dates:

• March 24: Report Cards are published at 4 p.m.

• March 25: Conference Day: Course selections are officially entered into MyPG.

• March 26 – April 2: Course appeal forms open and are due for students.

• April 17: Department chairs officially notify students of appeal decisions.
