Congratulations to Charles Cavatoni '20, Jack Ferm '21, and Andrew Dussault '23 for winning first place is best technical design and best structural design in the bridge competition at Storm the Citadel last weekend.
What's a GameJam? A team contest to see who can create the awesomest game in a short period of time. The whole game from start to finish must be created on the day. We won’t reveal the theme until the contest begins.
Who can join? Any group of up to 3-4 Middle Schoolers or Upper Schoolers. Don’t worry if you don’t have a team, come along and we will find a team for you to join.
When is it? Saturday, February 29, from 9am - 5pm
Free pizza? You bet.
Fabulous prizes? Yes, and they will be given by celebrity tech judges. We will have two separate contests for upper and middle schoolers.
What do I use to make the game? Middle schoolers can choose from Kodu, Scratch, or Python. Upper schoolers can use PyGame with Python or Unity with C#.
