Action Required: Transition to New Eligibility Platform & Fall Sports DeadlinesDear Cyclone Families, As our students prepare to head out for summer break, it's already time to start thinking about the fall athletics season! Starting in the 2026-27 school year, we will transition to Healthy Roster, a new mobile platform for athletic eligibility forms and injury tracking. This new platform will simplify a number of processes for our families, students, coaches, and athletic trainers. Eligibility forms, with the exception of the sports physical, can now be conveniently completed digitally via the Healthy Roster mobile app. Additionally, the platform streamlines injury tracking and the return-to-play process, ensuring our athletes receive efficient and coordinated care, all while keeping families and coaches in the loop with real-time updates. Please note that SchoolDoc is still required for general student health and immunization records. PG families must update both profiles each year. Click here for instructions on updating your SchoolDoc profile. Key Dates and Action Steps
Required Athletic Forms (Due July 15)The following athletic forms will now be accessed, completed, and digitally signed through Healthy Roster:
Your child will not be allowed to participate in school sports until all forms are completed. Middle School TeamsIf your Middle School student is interested in playing a fall sport, please take a moment to fill out the form linked below so we can create communication rosters for each team. Upper School TeamsAthletes participating in Upper School sports should have already received communications from their coaches about the upcoming fall season. If you have not received communications or have questions, please email Al Wilson at awilson@portergaud.edu or Casey Crenny at ccrenny@portergaud.edu. Year-Round TeamsPorter-Gaud also offers three year-round sports, and interest meetings for these sports will be held when we return to school in the fall.
Have a wonderful summer break, and we look forward to seeing you in August! Al Wilson, Athletic Director |
