Picture Day Volunteers

Dear Cyclone Families,

PGPA is excited to partner with the Yearbook Staff to provide parent volunteers for Picture Day on September 14 and Makeup Picture Day on October 5!

Volunteers will work alongside the Jostens team to guide students and keep the process organized. Specific details about volunteer responsibilities will be emailed to you closer to each date. While we cannot provide exact photo times for when your child will have their picture taken, volunteering is a fantastic way to get involved, lend a hand, and catch a fun behind-the-scenes look at the day. 

Your help will ensure students know where to go, feel comfortable throughout the process, and keep things moving along so everyone gets their yearbook photo taken with ease.
