Re-Enrollment Has Begun for the 2026-27 School Year

Dear Families,

We are thrilled to welcome you to the 2026-27 school year! To reserve your child’s space, your enrollment contract must be received with the non-refundable, non-transferable 10% tuition deposit no later than February 13, 2026.

Submitting the Contract
Once you have logged in and clicked the yellow banner:

Select Yes, I have a Tuition Management Account.
Select a Tuition Payment Plan.
Read, initial, and sign your child’s contract.
Review your contract.
Pay your deposit by ACH (bank draft) or credit card. Click here for instructions on locating ACH routing numbers.
Click the blue “Thank You” button on the confirmation page.
Both parents/guardians must log in, initial, sign, and click “Thank You.”

Re-Enrollment Timeline
The re-enrollment window is open from February 3-13, 2026. Please complete the re-enrollment process during that window and kindly honor our deadline. We are not able to hold your child’s spot if re-enrollment is not completed by the deadline.

Dual Signature Required
Both parents/guardians must sign the enrollment contract unless prior arrangements have been made with the school.

Re-Enrollment Eligibility
Eligible families are free from academic, disciplinary, and/or business office holds. If you have questions regarding the status of your Tuition Management account, please contact Margie Stanbrook, Director of Financial Aid and Student Billing.

Tuition Refund Plan (TRP)
A Tuition Refund Plan is required for all contracts using a ten-month or semi-annual (two payments) payment plan. Tuition insurance is offered as an option for families selecting the annual payment (one payment) plan. The cost of tuition insurance per contract is 1.5% of net tuition.

Payment Plans

The enrollment deposit (10%) is due at submission.
Annual Payment Plan: This one-time payment will be due on June 1, 2026.
Semi-Annual Payment Plan: This two-payment plan will be due on June 1, 2026 (60%) and November 1, 2026 (40%).
Ten-Month Payment Plan: This ten-payment plan will begin on April 1, 2026, and the last payment will be due on January 1, 2027.
529 Plan: If you are interested in learning more about the benefits of using a 529 plan for tuition payments and the newly enacted legislation that increased the annual withdrawal limit for qualified K-12 expenses from $10,000 to $20,000 per year, please reach out to your 529 plan provider.

Additional Contract Notes

Enrollment contracts are effective at signature and payment of a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit (10% of the net tuition price).
Student withdrawals prior to May 1, 2026, release families from the tuition, less the non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.
Student withdrawals on or after May 1, 2026, require full payment of the tuition balance.

Applying Elsewhere/Not Returning
If you plan to attend a new school in the fall or are considering other school options, please notify me at khyde@portergaud.edu no later than February 13, 2026.
