James Island Parents Guild
Each campus has a Parents Guild organization. The group of dedicated parent volunteers volunteer and work together to support our faculty and raise funds to deepen the educational experience for our children. Funds raised support new family playdates, Halloween Carnival, Teacher Appreciation Week, and the Virtues program.

WHO WE ARE?
Research consistently shows that children are most likely to achieve when schools and families support each other. We are a group of dedicated parent volunteers working together to support our faculty and raise funds to deepen the educational experience for our children.
WHAT WE DO
We strive to build community among our families through special events and volunteer opportunities. Through fundraising and the support of O'Quinn families, the Parents Guild is able to provide educational enhancement opportunities to our students throughout the year. Additionally, we host several events to foster a sense of community within our school family and to provide support to our unparalleled staff.
WHEN WE MEET
Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month. (Time and location TBD).
First meeting will be September 10, 2020.
WHAT CAN YOU DO TO GET INVOLVED?
Please consider supporting our school through involvement in the Parents Guild. We are actively seeking Board members and volunteers for several committees and welcome all parents to our monthly meetings. You have the opportunity to volunteer in a way that fits your interests and availability.
