2025 Halloween Carnival

The 2025 Halloween Carnival will take place on Thursday, October 30, on the Practice Field. The Porter-Gaud Parents Association is excited to continue this tradition for all Lower and Middle School Students. Students will be treated to inflatables, a treat walk, a dunk tank, carnival games, popcorn, Pelican's Sno Cones, candy, and more! This is sure to be a memorable, fun, fall event!

Schedule of Events
  • 7:30-7:55 a.m. | Fifth Grade Pumpkin Carving Drop Off (S&T Steps)
  • 8:15 - 9:00 a.m. | Coffee for First Grade and Senior Parents on the Green before the parade 
  • 9:00 a.m. | Halloween Parade (First Grade and Senior Parents invited to attend)
  • 10:55 - 11:25 a.m. | Seniors 
  • 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. | First and Second Grades
  • 12:35 - 1:35 p.m. | Third and Fourth Grades
  • 1:45 - 2:30 p.m. | Fifth and Sixth Grades
  • 2:45 - 3:30 p.m. | Seventh and Eighth Grades

Here are some ways our families can get involved:

1. Volunteer: Sign-up to volunteer on the day of the event! We need lots of help to ensure that the event runs smoothly. Please note that ONLY Halloween Carnival Volunteers are permitted to attend the event. Lower and Middle School volunteers can [sign up here]

2. Lower School Costume Parade: The Lower School will have a parade around the Green at 9:00 a.m. led by the Seniors and First-graders. All Lower School students are encouraged to wear costumes to school that day. First Grade and Senior parents and caregivers are invited to attend this special Halloween tradition. 

3. Candy and Decorations: We still need some additional items to help make the campus spooky and fun for the event. We also need donations for safe, nut-free candy options for treat bags and the treat walk. Please use the following links to our Amazon Wishlists to support this event!
