Highlights from the Week

• Boys Lacrosse – Varsity boys lacrosse had a big win over Bishop England Friday night 16-9!
• Girls Soccer – We had two more wins for girls soccer this week, bringing their win streak to nine in a row. They beat West Ashley on Monday night 2-0 and Hilton Head Christian on Wednesday 4-0
• Baseball – Our varsity baseball team had two big match ups this week, beating Lowcountry Leadership 9-5 on Monday but falling to Hilton Head Christian on Wednesday. 
• Track – Despite the cold and windy conditions at the Cane Bay Invitational last Saturday, our Cyclones competed valiantly against over 30 teams around the region. The team had many finalists in their respective events.

Spring Sports Magazine
We are thrilled to share the latest edition of the Cyclones Sports Magazine and are grateful to the PGPA and the many sponsors who helped make this publication possible. 

Lower School Spring Break Kick Off!

This afternoon, all Lower School students and their families are invited to join PG Athletics for a Spring Break Kick Off at the PG Stadium to cheer on the following teams: 

• Varsity Girls Soccer vs. John Paul II Catholic School at 4 p.m. 
• Middle School Baseball vs. Northwood Academy at 5 p.m. 
• JV Boys Soccer vs. West Ashley High School at 5:30 p.m. 
• Varsity Boys Soccer vs. West Ashley High School at 7 p.m.

We will have Kona Ice from 4-6 p.m. and lots of PG spirit! We hope you can join us!

Interest Meetings for Fall Sports 
Interest meetings will be held the week we return from Spring Break. Mark your calendar if you are interested in learning more about the following sports:

• Varsity Cross Country – Interest Meeting, Wednesday, April 15 
• JV/Varsity Girls Golf – Interest Meeting, Wednesday, April 15 
• JV/Varsity Girls Tennis – Interest Meeting, Thursday, April 16  (Tryouts in May)
• Varsity Swim – Interest Meeting, Interest Meeting, April 16 

Locations and times will be confirmed the week we return from Spring Break.  If students are unable to attend but plan on participating/trying out, please have them reach out to Coach Crenny at ccrenny@portergaud.edu.
