Scheduling Information for Rising 10-12 Graders
Thank you to all the parents and caregivers who attended the Upper School Scheduling Information Sessions this week. The resources shared during the meetings are linked below:

The guide includes course sequences, offerings, details on Honors and AP enrollment, the appeals process, new courses, and more. These documents will help you and your student prepare for advisor conferences on March 25. These resources are designed to support informed decision-making as you finalize course selections. Please feel free to reach out with any questions, and thank you for partnering with us in your student’s academic planning!

Scheduling Parent/Guardian-Teacher Conferences
Our students are starting to prepare for their student-led conferences. Conference Day will take place on Wednesday, March 25. You can set up a conference time starting on Monday, March 16, at 9 a.m. We will share additional details and instructions for scheduling conferences tomorrow. In the meantime, please reach out to your student's advisor with any other questions related to conferences. We look forward to meeting with you.

Prom 2026 — Light Up the Night
The 2026 Junior & Senior Prom will take place on Saturday, April 18, from 7:30–10 p.m. at The Waverly in downtown Charleston. Students must arrive by 8 p.m. Students who plan to bring a non–Porter-Gaud guest must submit a guest form by Thursday, April 2. The guest form can be accessed here: Guest Form Link

Ticket sales run March 30–April 18.

  • March 30 – April 12: $75 (PG students), $85 (guests)
  • April 13 – April 18: $85 (PG students), $95 (guests)

We look forward to seeing everyone dressed to impress and ready to Light Up the Night!

Unclaimed Bikes
Several bikes have been parked at various locations around campus for several weeks. If any of these are yours and you would like to claim them, please contact Mike Feinberg at mfeinberg@portergaud.edu. If the bikes are not claimed by Friday, March 13, they will be donated.
